This is a tiny little plug-in that will overlay the 960.gs grid system onto the default WordPress TwentyEleven theme. It is easily modifiable to work with any wordpress theme by opening up the plugin and editing the jquery functions.
Download, decompress and drag the plug-in into your wordpress plug-ins folder.
