Observations()
This series of images is an exploration on proportion and beauty. Each image starts with a memory or thought. Individual features are drawn or pieced together based on the clarity and vividness of the memory of that feature. The resulting collage is usually somewhat disturbing, and through the application of digital paint I try to ‘correct’ the images without changing the initial relationships. I am interested in observing the point at which an image moves from the uncanny and into classic representation.
