• Panic + Harmony

• Renee Mudd and Laura Compton – Investigations of Interaction and New Media

• For this project, you will break into groups of two. One person will be in charge of creating the Panic states and the other will be in charge of creating the Harmonious states. A “state” is defined as a page or movie that one enters and is then consumed by the feeling of either Panic or Harmony. You will each create 5 different versions of each state, which we will call phases.
  Focus on using Color, Motion, Sound, Repetition and Form to create a phase of each state. There should be 5 phases of a Panic state and 5 phases of a Harmonious state. Each phase can be of any duration but there must be a visual link to the opposing state contained on each phase. The link must be visual, no text is allowed for navigation. Therefore, the button should utilize rollover states and/or animation to achieve its navigational goal.
